1. No Refunds

All bookings and payments made on yesareem.in are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, non-attendance, or dissatisfaction.

2. Event Access Model

Our platform provides instant confirmation and access to event registrations upon successful payment. Since event bookings involve reserved slots and organizer commitments, refunds are not applicable once a booking is confirmed.

3. User Responsibility

It is your responsibility to carefully review all event details, schedules, and participation requirements before making a booking. We encourage you to ensure your availability and verify event suitability prior to payment.

4. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases such as duplicate transactions, technical payment errors, or event cancellations by the organizer, you may request support. If a valid error is identified, we will work to resolve the issue or issue a refund within 7 business days.

5. Contact Support

If you encounter a payment-related issue or believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact our support team and provide relevant details (transaction ID, date, amount). We will investigate and reply as soon as possible.
